We do have agreements. Your estimate serves as your contract. That contract is good for 12 months.  We will ask you to digitally/verbally sign your estimate insuring that both parties understand the services agreed up on, payment  requirements and the time frame at which the service(s) will take place. The same way you trust us to perform your services with integrity and reliability, we expect our customer to honor our time and hard work.

Due to weather, certain times of the year turf grass may grow slower. This slow growth usually occurs between the end of June through September. For all recurring services and due to our 12 month scheduling and billing cycle, if you cancel an individual service you will still be charged for that service for holding your current place on our schedule. So, your monthly payment will not change.

If at any time you are not happy with your services or just need to terminate all services due to other circumstances we just ask that you give us a 1-week notice. If you provide us a 1-week notice you will not be charged a $50 termination fee. That Guy's Lawn & Perimeter Pest reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at will.
