At this time, That Guy's Lawn & Perimeter Pest, LLC. does not have contracts. We will ask you to sign an agreement insuring that both parties understand the services agreed upon and the time frame at which the services will take place. The same way you trust us to perform your services with integrity and reliability, we expect our customer to honor our time and hard work.

If at any time you are not happy with your services or just need to cancel due to other circumstances we just ask that you give us a 2-week notice. If you provide us a 2-week notice you will not be charged a $50 cancelation fee. That Guy’s Lawn & Perimeter Pest, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any appointments following a cancellation notice without proper notice.
