Please make sure all service areas of your property are accessible on your scheduled service day. If gates are locked, and you have been notified of your service date, the full service price will be billed. We have to drive to your residence, not knowing if the gate has been unlocked, therefore it is a service visit fee. There will be no discounts given for areas not serviced. You will receive an email 24 hours before scheduled service. If not serviced, the area will be serviced on your next scheduled visit.
