Now, not only will we be able to mow your lawn and offer lawn maintenance but we will also offer lawn care consisting of pre-emergent, fertilization, weed & disease control.

To make things better, we are also offer perimeter pest control solutions. Here to take care of critters before they get inside.

Lawn Maintenance

Lawn Maintenance is the service we started out with last year. It consist of Weekly or Biweekly mowing, edging, trimming and blowing off all hard surfaces. For the 2023 Spring season this service will be offered three ways; Weekly, Biweekly and Annually.

• Weekly: Mowing, Edging, Trimming and Blowing off Hard Surfaces March-October.
• Biweekly: Mowing, Edging, Trimming and Blowing off Hard Surfaces March-October.
• Annually: Mowing, Edging, Trimming and Blowing off Hard Surfaces March-October. Leaf Mulching and Blowing off Hard Surfaces November-December. Flower Bed Maintenance January-February.

These Packages are created to best serve our clients. Also, provide you with the ability to have your property serviced all year with no confusion.

Lawn Care

We are excited to be able to provide our clients with complete lawn care this season. You can choose of a one-time lawn care treatment or one of our 3 Annual Packages.

• Basic: 2 Pre-emergent Treatments, 2 Fertilizations
• Full: 2 Pre-emergent Treatments, 2 Fertilizations, Weed Control
• Premium: 2 Pre-emergent Treatments, 2 Fertilizations, Weed Control, Disease Management

This is just another step to help our clients have beautiful properties. The treatment plans are created to fit your properties needs.

Pest Control

We say perimeter because we do not do indoor residential or commercial pest control. We want to help you stop and issue before it begins.

Pest are gonna look for water, a place to stay warm or place to stay cool. Stop them on the outside before they have a chance to make your house their home.

They will take shelter in trees and shrubs, as well as, items displayed or stored on your porches. It is also not much fun entertaining in your backyard and have fire ants join the party.

That Guy’s Lawn & Perimeter Pest, LLC. offer treatments to stop those pesky bugs in their tracks. From fleas & ticks, fire ants, to mosquitos.  Treatment plans are created to meet your needs.

Landscape Maintenance

For the 2023 season we are also offering an assortment of landscape maintenance services. These consist of routine flower bed maintenance or flower bed installations.

We will also provide mulch installation and pruning/trimming small trees and shrubs.

You can count on staff knowing when and where to cut and having an understanding of plants that do well in our area.

The flowerbed installation process will consist of both client and staff member setting down and creating a design, discussing location, shape, materials and plant selection.

Property Cleanups

Just because it is winter does not mean your property does not need a little attention. Late fall and winter can do a number to properties in our area.

We offer a Fall and Spring Cleanup. Fall Cleanups are a good time to prepare your property for all winter may offer. Spring Cleanups are good for planning for all the greatness your property offers in spring and summer.

• Fall: Leaf Removal or City Pickup, Final Mow, Edge, Trim, Cut back Perennials that need it after 1st hard frost, Remove dead. low hanging limbs from ground level, Trim Hedges.
• Spring: Leaf & Debris Removal, Mow, Edge, Trim, Flower Bed Cleanout, Cut back Perennials, Trim Shrubs.

One-time Cleanups are also available for residential or commercial clients.

Gutter Cleaning:

Gutter Cleaning is also a service we will offer in 2023. The purpose of gutters is to keep the water from damaging your home. They can’t do this if they are clogged and full of debris.

Gutters can get clogged with a number of things…leaves, shingles, grit and other debris. Even a small animal may find itself stuck.

If your gutters get clogged, water can damage your fascia boards and find its way into your home, causing rot and mildew. Contact us today to protect your home.

Pressure Washing:

Pressure Washing is another service we will offer this season. Keeping driveways, sidewalks and privacy fences, porches and decks clean will increase your property value and overall curb appeal.
