LAWN CARE SERVICES...We know how much time and effort go into having a beautiful lawn. Let's face it, sometimes you may not be able to find the time. Then on top of that you have to have the expertise to pull it off.
Why don't you let us handle that for you? Our goal is to keep your lawn not only beautiful but healthy as well.
Mineola and surrounding area lawns face high rainfall and humidity, a long growing season and heavy pressure from crabgrass, dallisgrass, goosegrass, sedges and broadleaf weeds.
We have treatments for all lawn turf types, specializing in those that are common to our area. (St. Augustine, Centipede, Bermuda, and Zoysia). Each of these have different requirements.
Bermuda
Highest nitrogen tolerance
Aggressive weed control
Optional growth regulation
St. Augustine
Lower nitrogen rates
Heavy use of Iron instead of nitrogen
Careful herbicide selection
Disease monitoring in summer
Centipede
Very low nitrogen (lazy grass)
Minimal inputs
Strong focus on PH management
Zoysia
Moderate nitrogen needs
Excellent response to iron
Careful timing to prevent thatch
Naturally suppresses weeds once dense
A service package will be created specifically for your turf type.
