LAWN MAINTENANCE
Lawn Maintenance services are determined by your chosen plan. (Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Annual) This is a set grouping of services that you have agreed to purchase and That Guy has agreed to provide. That Guy’s Lawn & Perimeter Pest schedules lawn maintenance services Monday-Thursday within designated areas each of those days. Each customer will be assigned a specific mowing day. You will not be placed in a specific time slot. Routes, services, and conditions will dictate the time schedule for the day. That Guy will provide your services on your scheduled appointment day unless you are notified of a scheduled day change.
LAWN CARE
Lawn Care services are determined by your chosen service. These can be purchased in a Lawn Maintenance Package or are standalone service. These services can be purchased and performed during a regular scheduled maintenance or scheduled separately. They will be schedule at a time where they do not interfere with other regular scheduled services.
PERIMETER PEST CONTROL
Pest Control services are determined by your chosen service. These, too, may be purchased in a Lawn Maintenance Package or as a standalone services and will be scheduled in the same manner as lawn care.
Communication is important to the successful relationships between That Guy’s Lawn & Perimeter Pest and its customers. Please communicate within 24-hours of any changes that need to be made to your account or service plan.
